Description
- Chobham Common is the largest inland National Nature Reserve in the southeast and one of the finest surviving lowland heaths in the world, conservation managed by Surrey Wildlife Trust. There is a mixture of open and lightly wooded landscapes to enjoy. There are few steeper areas. You may also see cattle grazing or horses being ridden as there are several bridleways and horses are very popular in the local area. There are a lot of species that can be seen, including more species of spider than anywhere else in the UK.
Wet weather
- Not ideal as even the larger paths get muddy.
