Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 200 g (8 oz) flour
- 500 ml (1 pt) milk
- 4 eggs (to check!)
- Oil
- Vegetables e.g. carrots, cabbage, peas
Method
- Warm up a baking dish with oil in the bottom in a hot oven at 220 C or more.
- Add sausages and bake for 10 minutes.
- Make a double quantity of the mixture for Yorkshire puddings.
- Pour the mixture around the sausages and cook for 25 minutes without opening the oven door at any point.
- Meanwhile, make your preferred Potatoes for four and boil or steam your choice of vegetables.
- (Optional: serve with gravy or onion gravy).
