Banana bread

Ingredients
- 260 g (10 oz) plain flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 150 g (6 oz) caster sugar
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 2 bananas, peeled and chopped
Method
- Place all ingredients into bread maker and mix for 5 minutes.
- Use a spatula to finish mixing.
- Bake for 50 minutes; check with skewer.
Tip
This is a good way of using up overly ripe bananas.
